Q: Can I upgrade my own account?
A: Unfortunately, we will create a new platinum account for you. We cannot upgrade your current account. Q: What information is needed for creating new account?
A: Please provide the full name, an email and phone number that are not registered with Marriott before.

Q: How long is the status valid?
A: The status is valid through March 2027, covering over two years of guaranteed Platinum benefits.

Q: Do I need to complete nights to keep this status?
A: No. This is already secured Platinum Elite status through 03/2027, no additional stays required.

Q: How do I use my benefits?
A: Simply book through your Marriott Bonvoy account (website or app) and your Platinum Elite perks will automatically apply at check-in.

Q: Which hotels honor breakfast and lounge access?
A: Most brands (Westin, Sheraton, Marriott, Renaissance, Le Méridien, etc.) offer free breakfast or lounge access. Luxury brands like Ritz-Carlton and Edition may not include breakfast but still honor upgrades and points bonuses.

Q: Can I upgrade to Titanium or Ambassador later?
A: Yes. Nights you stay while holding Platinum count toward higher status qualification. And we can help to reach higher level with lower cost by adding the qualifying elite nights to your account.
